BodyGlam products are shipped out between 5-7 business days after receiving and processing orders. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our shipments have been delayed. Please be patient with us as we readjust to these new conditions.

Things You Need to Know

Before placing your order, please be measurement ready! It is imperative to know proper measurements, especially for waist beads. If you do not know your measurements, we cannot move forward with your order. If you are unsure of your measurements, do not guess your measurements. Follow the instructions in FAQ sheet, or consult BodyGlam team via direct message on our instagram page @bodyglamwitht or through our contact button below.


Updated Return/Exchange Policy 

In the event of any broken or damaged goods within the first week of receiving  your order, you may notify BodyGlam via email ( for a refund or replacement. Refunding will ONLY take place if goods are broken or damaged, and BodyGlam has been notified within the first week period. In order for refunds to be processed, you must show photo proof of breakage or damages. 

Beyond broken or damaged goods, there are NO refunds. If there are issues with improper sizing, exchanges may be done for the same product or product(s) of equal value. In order for exchanges to be processed, ALL original items MUST be returned. No new products will be distributed until BodyGlam receives ALL original items INTACT.
